There’s an interesting new online space for entrepreneurs to pitch their ideas to angel investors, Open Deals. The site, powered by Angelsoft, hosts 450 angel groups with more than 7,750 potential investors and receives proposals from more than 2,000 new companies each month. It is unclear how many of these proposals result in any kind of deal, nor how many successful startups have been built through these new partnerships. Oh, and it costs $250 to submit a proposal and have it posted for 30 days.
